Cloth diapering can be a more affordable weekly option compared to disposables.
With a diaper service, the cost per diaper can be significantly lower, even when factoring in pickup, delivery, and professional laundering. On average, cloth diapers through a service come out to just a fraction of the price of many disposable brands.
Our Weekly Service Options
We offer two service packages to fit your family’s needs:
Brand New Cotton Prefold Service – $35 per week for up to 72 diapers
Dalmatian (gently used) Cotton Prefold Service $25 per week for up to 72 diapers
Need a little extra? We’re happy to include an additional 20 diapers at no extra cost!
You can also add our Cotton Wipes (available for purchase) to your weekly pickup for no extra cost.
How Does This Compare to Disposables?
Disposable diaper costs vary by brand, but most families spend roughly $34–$50 per week for a similar quantity, plus the added expense of wipes. With cloth, many families find the total cost to be competitive or even lower.

Cloth diapers aren’t just cost-effective—they’re a more sustainable choice, too. The average baby will go through around 3,000 disposable diapers each year, all of which end up in the landfill. In contrast, a cloth diaper service typically uses around 260 diapers in rotation, which are washed and reused from infancy through potty training.
Long-Term Savings and Early Potty Training
Families who use cloth diapers often find that their children potty train earlier—on average, around age two, compared to closer to age three with disposables. That can mean a full year less of diapering expenses!
Getting Started
A one-time $50 setup fee and purchase of weeks of service is required at checkout. Your first delivery (before regular weekly exchanges begin) will happen 2 weeks before your baby is due. After that, we allow you all the time you need to get to know your baby’s needs before we place you on our weekly route. Just message us and begin service when you’re ready!

4 weeks of diaper service ($140 value) + a 1 time $50 setup fee
Your choice between 144 newborn prefolds (fits 6-16lbs+), 100 Size 2 prefolds (Size 14-30lbs+), or 80 Size 3 prefolds (25-35lbs+)
1 diaper pail
2 reusable pail liners in rotation
Pick up & delivery each week
This package includes brand new, 100% unbleached cotton diapers designed for comfort, durability, and ease of use.
Osocozy better fit prefolds are wider and shorter than traditional prefolds and are simply tri folded and placed in a diaper cover without pins or diaper fasteners.
The soft cotton in a tight gauze weave provides unmatched durability and exceptional absorbency, with middle panels constructed of 8 layers of cloth and outer panels of 4 layers (4x8x4 layering).
Please place your order 4 weeks or more before your due date to give us time to prep your diapers and deliver them to you before your due date.
